We provide our customers with expert advice in the pre-sales phase to advise the best industrial painting plant, an efficient installation and commissioning of the machines, and a thorough training to operators to optimize the management of the installed machines.
After sales service
The After-Sales Service is able to assure our customers a continuous technical assistance, a fast delivery of spare parts always available, specialized technical interventions, and a continuous constant monitoring of the system status through scheduled visits ensured by a service contract after-sales both, for 4.0 systems, in remote assistance mode programmed with cadences strictly dependent on the type of installed painting system.
The CMV after-sales service offers:
Training to operators during post-testing (normally included in the supply of the system) or on-site upgrade training or through remote assistance.
On-site technical assistance contract on a monthly, half-yearly or annual basis.
Remote assistance contract, for 4.0 installations, monthly, half-yearly or yearly.
Special assistance contract for 4.0 installations, cadence to be agreed with our sales managers.
Spare parts; spare parts ready for delivery for consumables or special spare parts.
