Powder coating plants
Powder coating systems can be used in all metal surfaces and are to be considered one of the lowest application technologies with an environmental impact, impact that, thanks to the high efficiency heat exchangers and direct burners, the total heat recovery thanks to rooms with high efficiency insulation, and finally the total recovery of the over-spray little, can be considered almost null.
The application process
The application of the powders is based on the electrostatic attraction, a process for which an electrostatically charged particle is attracted by an opposite electric charge body.
For the above process, therefore, the negatively charged powders will adhere to the positive charge piece, and then be polymerized.
CMV powder coating systems include:
Spray pre-treatment tunnel
Drying ovens
Painting booths
The application takes place inside spray booths made of insulated dielectric material that premise a quick cleaning of the same and an optimal recovery of over-spray.
- made of dielectric material with external stations;
- frontal suction with remote filter;
- to lose with built-in cartridge filter;
- in steel or other metallic material;
- cartridge dust filtration systems.
Curing ovens
- in line with air veils;
- in line with automatic doors;
- in line with the heat containment system - patented CMV;
- bell-shaped;
- static.

To whom it is addressed
CMV powder coating plants are currently the most used in the field of painting systems, in Italy and abroad. They are particularly suitable for painting all metal surfaces and in almost all production sectors, as long as the pieces to be painted can tolerate the polymerization temperature up to 200 ° C, companies that use this technology range from the production and painting of classic structural metalworking, hot galvanizing, lighting equipment, agricultural machinery, etc.
The advantages
The advantages offered by powder coating are many, first of all the possibility to fully recover the paint that does not adhere to the piece (over spray), an almost zero environmental impact and the ease of application, make this type of painting the current technology more indicated and used by most of our customers.
