Carousel painting systems

I primi impianti di verniciatura prodotti da CMV di rivolgevano alla verniciatura del legno e si può quindi affermare che l’azienda nasce da tale settore ed è anche in tale mercato che l’azienda ha maturato un ormai ventennale esperienza, producendo quasi tutti i tipi di impianti rivolti a tale tipo di verniciatura fra cui, ovviamente, non possono mancare gli impianti di verniciatura con movimentazione a carosello.

La movimentazione degli impianti a carosello prevede, normalmente, l’utilizzo di un doppio convogliatore aereo di tipo monorotaia ad avanzamento passo-passo che permette la movimentazione e lo stazionamento dei pezzi, posizionati in apposite barelle, direttamente sopra le cabine di preparazione e verniciatura con un conseguente risparmio di spazio.

Il normale ciclo di lavorazione prevede l’utilizzo di un’area di preparazione e/o spolveratura, ed un numero di cabine di verniciatura variabile in base al ciclo di lavoro prescelto come ad esempio una o più mani di fondo ed in mano di finitura.

Il tipo di cabine utilizzato possono essere con abbattimento a secco, con abbattimento a velo d’acqua, non pressurizzate o pressurizzate, scelta quasi obbligata nel caso in cui di voglia effettuare una finitura di tipo lucido.

L’applicazione della vernice può essere effettuata manualmente o in maniera automatizzata tramite robot antropomorfo o reciprocatori automatici.

Il numero di barelle o telai all’ora che si intendono produrre determina la grandezza del forno di essiccazione e, di conseguenza le dimensioni della macchina stessa.

Il grado di finitura ottenibile è strettamente correlato alla tipologia di cabina di verniciatura utilizzata

  • Elimina i carrelli tradizionali su ruote necessari per appoggiare i pezzi verniciati, ne elimina lo spostamento manuale e le zone di stazionamento, utilizzando lo spazio verticalmente;
  • Ideale per la verniciatura di un’ampia varietà di componenti quali porte in legno, pannelli piani e/o bugnati, elementi di mobili smontati, antine, profili, parquet, pannelli in termopannel ecc.;
  • Personalizzazione delle dimensioni e delle postazioni di lavoro a seconda delle esigenze del cliente;
  • Il carosello si presta meccanicamente ad essere dotato di dispositivi di verniciatura automatici con varie capacità produttive;
  • È possibile delimitare le zone per la verniciatura, pressurizzandole, così da ottimizzare la verniciatura stessa.

In solvent-based painting systems, generally, a very high degree of finish and gloss of the finished product is required, which is why, to prevent dust or other impurities from entering the system and compromising the final quality of the manufactured article, said systems must be designed and manufactured with extreme accuracy, above all as regards the flow rates of the process air and the seals of the booths and ovens.
